Thumbs up Melissa's little motor that could

ran down to Cecil County for Fridays bash .. Car hasn't missed a beat .. ran low 10's @ 138 (138.57 was her best ) .. they didn't like the 138's then she ran a 9.94@ 138.14... seconds later track official is at the car .."slow it down" That isn't goin to happen .. Soooo changin a few things for Reynolds in a few weeks... ok hallucinating a little here BUT need sleep at this point ALKY RULES

YIKES!!

WOW that's impressive times!you got track police shaking in their boots !!(it takes alot to get booted from Cecil-they're not to strict)...Full cage to come...?....Congrats Grumpy!

they came over 2 times .. just looked at the inside of the car .. then she made a few more runs and track "official" comes back and said to slow it down soooo we decided to try the trans break (she has been foot braken it up till now) .. ran a 10.4 @ 136 .. We thought that was slower .. they didn't

Dan, what's your launch technique with the transbrake and those 325/50's? How much boost, tire pressure, etc.?

I tried mine Saturday morning after one of my slicks went flat. At 10psi I spun the hell out of them.

She only tried the brake once .. soft 10# launch.. 1.6 short time she will be working on that before Reynolds

Congrats Dan, Melissa and Russ! That is just silly how fast you guys are going on pump gas and keeping the car so streetable. Still running the stock location stretch intercooler? I was hoping i'd get to see you guys run on saturday, sorry to hear that the track staff gave you guys grief on friday Good luck in Reynolds!

Where's the thread about the build on that car? I know you've answered this before, but could you list the mods? What turbo, converter, injectors and tires? What management tools are you using?

Oh, and Russ Merritt spark plug wires.
