SMC leaking

Hey guys.
I got a old SMC kit with round bottle. It worked perfect, but now it has a leak just under the alky pressure gauge. What is that little black box, can i bypassit or where can i get a replacement? Thanks.

if not i think i have an extra tank with the internal pump, bracket, gauge etc.. pretty much everyting but the controller
