Can't agree with you on the above. Meth IS a fuel, and adds additional fueling to the mix. Based on the above, you'd have to run more fuel (gasoline) to take advantage of the cooling effects of the alky. There is a limit where the detonation suppression of pump gas is exceeded by the demands of the engine, and volume (adding more gas) will not solve the problem.

The whole concept of using meth injection is to be able to replicate the properties of race gas (higher octane, detonation suppression) while not incurring the costs of race gas.

If Razor can go mid 10s on pump gas and alky, then it's good enough for me!

I ran both for a while on my evo and if I had to pick one it was the meth, although the nitrous made more power it took more life out of the drivetrain...
