Methanol and N20....

Trying to installing a methanol wet 60 shot of N20 on my daily. Have a few questions...

I had a new shurflow pump sitting in the garage. Plan on useing a 1 gal reservoir and methanol for the fuel portion of the kit. It was alot cheaper than buying a fuel SOL. and upgrading the fuel pump in my car.

Anyway, i'm not sure how to change the sizing of the jets for methanol. I know I'll need larger jets.

A 20 N20 jet and a 24 fuel jet should give me around 60hp if I were useing standard fuel instead of alcohol. Is there a forumla you all use to come up with the alcohol jet sizing?

I was told by a few alcohol guys to just up it around 40%??

So 40% of 24 is 9.6... Would a 34 jet be close? Or is that not how to do it?

I know it's not rocket science and there is no exact answer, Esp with a 50 shot, but i'd like to be close.

Thanks...

I personally wouldnt recommend doing it without a good engine management system in place like a FAST. So if it leans out.. it saves your arse.

Then you make guesses as to nozzle sizing for fuel.. you dont guess with nitrous. You need pressure to calculate your jet.

Then we get into boost control..

Good luck..
