retard

According to my scanmaster i'm getting retard when i first floor it going down the road. It goes away at higher boost. I have the alky coming on as early as it will let me with the pump speed floored. Could this be false knock? It's showing like 12 degrees for a second at 5lbs and then goes down from there. I'm running 90 octaine.
