If you don't live near a race track you can order Sunoco Methanol from www.hiperfuels.com it is pricey but a viable option.
Its about $6 per gallon plus HAZMAT fee

Wow thats pricey.

The three typically used are denature, isopropyl, and methanol. Methanol will make more power over the other two. Is cheaper when bought at a pump. If it has to be shipped... it gets ugly in price really fast due to weight and hazmat.

Three places typically carry it, your local race track, speed shop, race gas fuel distributor. It is also used as a solvent for processing chemicals... so look under chemical distributors in your phone book. Also propane dealers use it to wash out tanks.

The pump will handle any of the above three. Denatured locally is 10.00 a gallon at Home Depot paint dept. Iso is available at most drug stores like Walgreens.

Do some legwork..you will find it. I never realized my track sold it until I asked

Ohh.. sprint cars, go-karts, jr. dragsters.. run on the stuff.. findthose guys.. they'll point you in the rite direction.
