Mounting of SMC tank

You guys got any pics of where you mounted your bottle for your alky? I have a large front mount intercooler that has tubing in the way in the big open spot behind the driver headlight. Where did you mount yours?

Took some aluminum strap and made a bracket on the passenger side from the top of the radiator support to the bottom support and attached the bottle to that...could not mount it on the fan shroud because I am running dual Spals with no place to mount the bottle.

i had to move my bottle from the shroud to over by the k&n 9in filter where the charcol canister was when i put in my new precision stock location intercooler. not as stealthy but now it draws a crowd at the car shows/cruises. i just make damn sure no idiot pulled any connections apart before i leave

A couple of pics. of the bottle and bracket hanging off a bracket made to bolt to the two existing holes in the radiator support.

Since changed over to the square bottles but they fit with the bracket as well.

Thanks guys, i can see from that one pic that the bottle isn't as big as i thought it was. Shouldn't have any problem mounting that.

Cool

I added my second bottle over where GNFreak has his, fits great there.

Didn't feel like trying to fit a 1 gallon jug in there and the shurflo pump and new hosing, would require redoing everything.

Much easier to add the spare smaller bottle running full power to it with an M15 nozzle for when you hit 24 psi. on the third stage. ;)

You never know when you may need 28 psi. in street trim.
