Ethanol and water flammabilty

I'm running an ethanol (denatured) and water mixture. Right now I'm running 50%, but I'm curious as to what level is no longer flammable. I have everything connected well, but would like to be safe just in case a hose popped loose and sprayed on a hot exhaust manifold.

Thanks!

what you gonna do when one of those rubber hoses in the fuel line at the front of car let's go and sprays gas up all over everything?

Remember those cars that burned up in the early days because the hoses rubbed on something?

Most of the fuel line is metal. Just little bit at the fuel filter is rubber and that is only at 6 psi max. Turning off the engine cuts the fuel supply

The alcohol injection runs up to 45 psi (from a little old washer fluid pump). And there's about a gallon of alcohol/water under the hood.

From what I've read, there isn't much benefit of 100% ethanol vs 50%. If that holds up to be true, I cut my ethanol with water, save some bucks and not be flammable (going with the 40% as Steve M.).
