what size nozzle?

I'm running a DIY alky kit, stock turbo and a thrasher 92. I have a NOS style .028 jet, with 94 octane and turn on at 10 psi I can only get 19~20 psi. Should I try a larger jet? and what size?
94 and no alky I'm only getting 15~16 psi. I'd like a progressive controller but with a stock set up I didn't think I needed it.

I'd try the McMaster Carr/SMC style M10 nozzle.

Or else something around .040".

You should be able to hit 21-22psi.

Do you mean only 19-20 w/o knock? A hi-tech controller may not be the answer since even your 16 psi on 94 octane sounds low for a 92 chip. Is the IC heat soaked when you do those runs? Maybe a bad PVC is putting oil into the intake or the IC needs cleaning. Lots of variables as to why you aren't able to turn the boost up more.
But to answer your question about a larger nozzle, If you have the Shurflo pump, you can just turn in the pressure switch screw on top of the pump a turn and raise psi about 10-15 lbs.
Easy thing to try.
