my TTA has been sitting close to 2-1/2 yrs and before I pull the engine out for a rebuild I want to empty the gas tank

how do I build the wires and how do I go about rigging up something under the hood to empty the tank using the in tank fuel pump and a rubber hose at the fuel rail
