In my opinion this can be duplicated.
Rich has some very good parts in his combo, such as : 70 GTQ turbo, Champion GN1 ported heads, Fast system, Pecision front mount)
The rest is well thought out also like injector size, fuel system, his obvious ability to tune, driver ability (I would have spun those ET streets
)
Another important item is the torque convertor.
I'd bet if you asked any of the TSM guys to run pump gas most if not all would be in the 9s
Hell some of them are on the brink of breaking 8s with the Stroker engines.
Rich has no VooDoo secrets just Money spent in the right places and an obvious knowlege of the fast system and very good tuning ability.
