another thing to check is that the push rods are not coming in contact with the body of the rocker arm . on the newer style T&D's you'll notice that they have been notched out/deeper more in the push rod travel area than the older style .best way is to inspect rocker body and look for any signs of wear marks or signs of push rods coming in contact . I had to take a small die grinder on the older T&D's I had , and slightly work that area . I'm also using a slightly bigger push rod as well .
