GNVYUS 1 stated that it takes quite a bit of capital to drill, produce(Get it out of the ground, it doesn't just flow out),transport, refine, transport and sell at retail. $4/gal starts to look cheap when you figure in the equipment needed to accomplish these tasks and comply with the regulations set forth by our government.
