Naturally, I disagree to some extent.

Liberals, as we often use the term, are to the far left of the average democrat on the street. This is not a democrat versus republican issue. It is a power play by the unworthy.

These Liberals are often rich themselves and they don't really give a damn for the ordinary man as they hold themselves far superior in both intellect and social stature to him.

A few of these Liberals may have actually done something productive in life to earn their money...there are always exceptions to the rule....but, many are a generation, or more, descended from the actual individuals who created the wealth unless they are the hobby Liberals that married into it.

These Liberals don't understand the working man at all. They often have no knowledge of the free enterprise system other than they believe they somehow deserve the wealth they wield, but, did not earn, and they wish to create a system where they are powerful and respected in their own worthless right.

They profess to know what is right for the common man, and, a massive public welfare system is an excellent tool to create a loyal base of followers that will vote for them without regard for actual achievement as long as the welfare check shows up on time and the bank can cash it.

I fail to understand how anyone that has never done a day's work whether it be digging a ditch, running a business, or outsmarting the stock market, can claim to know what is best for the man on the street. The remoteness of position to reality is appalling.

I find it strange, and somewhat bemusing, that these leftwing Liberal leaders actually seem to consider themselves royalty rather than of the masses. Prior generations of leaders of the masses arose from the masses.

Public welfare, on the scale that we know it, is one of the greatest threats to the nation as we used to know it. It has helped create the current influx of illegal migrants that fill the void created by the welfare system. It has helped destroy the industrial backbone of the country as industry after industry has foundered as it was replaced by offshore entities.

FDR put the nation to work with government programs when the world economy was in the ditch. Today's leaders profess that such programs are demeaning to the self esteem of the individual and wish to put the masses on an auto pay for no work which is far more demeaning, but, it insures a paid voter base that will keep our new royalty in office for life...or so the dream goes.
