| Our group from Delaware is planing on getting to the track by 8:45 in hopes that we can get in a little early like last time and we can get the MAGNA pits set up ASAP (the gates officially open at 9am). If the space is available, we'll set up in the same spot as the last time (along the fence, about 3/4 of the way down the track). If not, we'll try to get something else that is close to the fence.
NOTE: If you want to be in the MAGNA pits with the rest of us, get there when the gates open and then we can get enough room for everyone. Please don't ask me to save you a spot. I hate being the a-hole that tells racer after racer "that space is saved for someone that will be here any minute" (but in fact is already over an hour late.
Help needed...
Like always, We will be bringing a tent and chairs, but can someone else coordinate bringing ice and water for the group?
And don't forget...
As soon as possible, come to the MAGNA pits and put your name in the Points Series Racer Sign-up Sheet. It'll be in a black binder with a MAGNA sticker on it. We'll be drawing names for event coordinator at at the tent before eliminations start, so make sure you are there for that too (must be present to be eligible). It is your responsibility to also notify the Event Coordinator of your round wins and any other bonus points you have won.
