The price does seem higher than what we are used to seeing but a lot of these Eagle/CAT cranks that came out needed additional machining before you could even use them in an engine. The crank keyway was too big and in the wrong location and the converter or flywheel wouldn't fit on the back of the crank unless machined properly. Maybe these more expensive cranks are already fixed, or heck, maybe they are a whole different brand of crank together.
