One of my brothers called me from the track. I don't know all the details but
# 2 rod went and now there is a big hole in the side of the block. My dad said sea level was at 6000ft on bad day. The car was doing 137mph on the pass when it went. I told him a least he saved the car as he said that is was hard to stop with all the oil on the tires.

I am sure John will chime in with the details.
