I just changed mine a couple weeks ago...used the felpro neoprene seals clocked about 1/4" and Permatex "Rite Stuff" black rtv in the sides as recomended. The Rite Stuff is expensive...comes in a pressurized tube so you can inject it up into the sides till it ozzes out. I used the felpro rubber oil pan gasket (several told me to get a cork gasket) after talking to the guys at ESP...they said all they ever use if the felpro rubber ones. The key to making them work and not leak is getting it real clean and dry and propper torque...over tighten and the rubber will split and leak. Unfortunately I can't say I'm good yet since i have not started the car yet...it is however full of oil and so far no drips

hth,
Scott
