I had a guy who worked for me and I could swear he never showered... he was a freaking lush of a drunk, too (which never helps). I simply told him that either he showers or I'll strap him to an aircraft the next time we wash it. Aircraft soap and pressure washers are never fun if you are on the receiving end...
