well I got a letter from Homeland Security today that my case is now under review and i should expect a letter with a date for an interview and fingerprinting and photograph within the next 365 days...now i just did this for INS back in September and the FBI has my pictures and fingerprints on file...not that they talk to each other....so at least I am under review and have not been rejected yet
