Dont forget credit score, sex offender and criminal history and the usuall background history checks.
Every year I waste half a work day sitting in my annual insurance/investment reevaulation listening to the same old BS. I'm as clean as Will Smith so last month I see the ins.co has raised the deductable if you do the usuall vices. And they are going to pay to help you kick those vices. Long story short. I got my deductable lowered because I dont smoke or have diabetes but it still sounded like the smokers or future quiters came out cleaner on the money end. Oh well. They'll just get screwed next year if they stay clean.
Now theres a conundrum. You smoke and part of your 401K is stock in RJ Reynolds. So to save money you quit smoking. The price of RJR drops along with your investment. So you take up eating Oreos to boost your retirement. You get diabetes and gain 100 pounds so your insurance goes back up. You eventually get fired because of all of the drugs in your system. You cant get a job because your credit score is under 550 from maxing out the CC for Chantex and food and insulin. It's a vicious cycle out there.
They tried using hair samples here a while back instead of pee. You had to drive across town to a clinic if you didn't have any. Hair that is!
BTW I dont do anything that a junkie couldn't do, as far as a job goes. Why the heck do I need to pee in the cup? Just like when I get a traffic ticket, I'm keeping up the status quo for white middle class males. I never get a break.
