If the TAI class is to be a budget race class, then it should be limited to a TE-44 turbo and 3600 lbs. The TE-44's are cheap to buy, lots of guys run them and that will keep the cars from going faster than Russ Merrit is worried about on the other board. If the class is set up for TE-67's then Russ's worries will come true sooner than later.
If the TAI class isn't worried about being a budget race class, then they should be allowed to run a TE-70 turbo again with a minimum weight of 3600 lbs.

Just thinking??
Why doesn't TSM allow alcohol injection? I would assume it was becasue they couln't police the liquid that was injected into the up pipe. Will TAI end up the same way???
