Not meant to insult your friend, but with the body as shot as it sounds, and with holes through the roof there HAS to be rust damage elsewhere on the inner surfaces of the car from water getting in... I'd be able to give $1500 for it as a parts car if it runs/drives and has a good title to use the drivetrain in a conversion
