To get to the technical adjustability you would need to hook it up to a laptop. That is how you change curve, starting dc, etc. There is nothing for you to mess up on the unit itsefl, just start, full, tune, etc. There is no requirement to use the software if you dont want to.

I dont want any more hard feelings about this. Requirements for warranty are there for a reason. It is to protect our company. We dont look for a reason to deny a warranty, we simply look for the warranty guidelines to be followed.
