David,

I took the controller back apart for shits and noticed that the backing plate actually contacts and pinches the vacuum hose that runs from the vacuum nipple and 90's into the tiny map(?) sensor. It appears as though your manufacturer tries to form the hose, but it definately restricts airflows. Or at least it did on mine.....something you might wanna look into.

Jordan,

We are not "Bad" business owner. Buy a laptop and open it the case and then try to return it for warranty and see what the manufacturer does. Also just for the record we have absolutely nothing to do with you. You did not purchase our controller from US or one of our dealers. In otherwords, any warranty would have been granted to that company you bought it from.. In otherwords, we did not deny YOU, we denied it to them. I am sure that is of little consolation to you. I do wish this could have been resolved better, the unit as pointed out was a mess and we made a decision. Had you dont what everyone else does and sent it back, we could easily have replaced it.

Lastly, there is no restriction on the map sensor. All of the units are tested and hand calibrated. When its hooked up to the system they have to test it using actual boost and calibrate. While its not impossible that a unit can get past the Q/A, its not likely and would be an isolated incident.

Good luck.
