Big turbo, big injectors, Turbo Tweak chip, race fuel or alky injection, lots of boost, sticky tires and a good hard launch will put you into the 10's on a factory stock longblock.
Several have done it. Two of us on the same afternoon. Two more unopened 109 blocks went in the 10's today...
Neither of us are Turbo Buick experts, and it was a relatively painless task to accomplish.
In other words, if Jim and I can do it, anybody can.
