The net, books, mags, etc. are full of such articles if you would do a little research. This site is aimed at turboBuick specific information-not general mechanics. Go to the bookstore and buy a few books that cover the generalities.

Spend a few bucks on the shop manual cd. It covers 99% of your questions.
