I need help
... I failed emissions test on high NOX using a TurboTweak 36lb emissions chip!!! FP was set to 38psi off according to Eric's instruction.
driiving 2525 test
HC (llimit - 90) - 81
CO (llimit - 0.50) - 0.03
NOX (llimit - 979) - 1878 <-- failed
curb test
HC (llimit - 300) - 70
CO (llimit - 1.50) - 0.01
I just checked the EGR & Cat and they both functions/looks good. I've got another cat & EGR that I am going to put on.
What else can I check for!!!!! The motor (3000+ km) is slightly modded with ported upper & lower intake, 62mm TB and some headwork.
I don't really want to start swapping parts so any HELP would be greatly appreciated. I am at a loss. PM me if you know of a friend of a friend of a friend
