Um.. No, not really.
Sorry, I don't exactly work at a place that gives me time off whenever I want. I cant really afford to miss a day of work w/o pay. I get two weeks paid vaca, and I've already used them for this year.
And I had to use my only current sick day a few weeks ago, when I had to go to traffic court. They didnt want to pay me for only a couple hours I would be missing to go to court in the morning. Even though it was for a stupid violation that I got on company time, doing someone elses job as a favor to our d!ckhead service manager, who thought it was funny. So I just called in sick, went to court, and enjoyed the rest of the day off.
And, I have class Monday nights. I'm struggling to finish homework now, just from this week. I've been solo at work all week, since my boss is on vaca, and too insanely busy, with zero slow time to get any done there.
