No, the API rating, American Petroleum Institute, if you look at the jugs of oil, whether qts. or gallons, there will be a starburst type symbol on all 5-20, 5-30 and 10-30 oils, DO NOT use this oil for break in. If not sure what I'm talking of, then look at any 10-40, 15-40, 20-50, you will not see the symbol!!
