Yes, he is for real. He worked very heavily with Red Armstrong. Red can make anything fly short of having wings.

My friend here in Des Moines followed his recipe and ran 11.1's with a bone stock long block w/32 psi of boost. Almost 1.4 60ft times. Only thing different was the intercooler. He ran a CAS front mount vs the stretch stock location.

My friend also easily ran 11.50's with blue tops and a TA-49 before running out of fuel.
