| Thanks for the catch-me-up Gentlemen. Pretty disappointing hearing the stuff about Jimmy D. I always really respected his accomplishments in the early days of Turbo Buicks. Guy did a lot to promote how fast our cars are. Did read something about guys claiming he was running some funky fuel additives at one point in his tube frame car, but either way, the guy was friggin flying for back then.
Anyway, I've done some looking around on different sites, man are folks flying with these cars with so little done to them. Everybody runs lots of boost nowadays! When I was last into it, 20#'s was a lot of boost. That aint 'sheet' nowadays, huh? |
