you can not edit the title as seen in the Parts For Sale section, but if you click on your post, go to edit, the first option is a box you can check that will delete the post..

You can either del. the post or post after it that the item is sold.But theirs a catch, it has to be 30mins or less to do this
Inorder for the whole thread to be gone.

So it is much easier to just post after you sold your item saying it was sold, this is also good as it servers as a price refrence for items.
