Other than the too stiff valve springs, IMO, and the tie down strap, the combo should be a good one.

I would stay at 85# or less on the springs, and use a poly ds engine mount in lieu of the strap.

Hank's Limited with less stuff. Check out his GN that runs 10.95 on a 60. Go find UNGN's page with his mid 11s similar to Hank's Limited. Or TurboDave's car....

YOu don't need a bunch of stuff...you need a healthy engine with no worn cam lobes and good compression...the rest is simply combo. A well burned chip, or a programmable one such as the ME makes it easy. All this magic stuff is not required.
