Knowledge is power. This is a good article, it highlights the reliability issues that are mandatory for the buick motors. Alot of guys will say they want the best, but don't know what that really is, or they'll go to a machine shop and say they want it 'race prepped' - If you don't know what to ask for, you get what you deserve. There are local builders that CAN do the job, but it's up to YOU to tell them exactly what you want.

or just screw the whole thing and order it up from the states...
