Is that the one in the Autotrader.ca for $4900?
Wonder how it would have a low cylinder with only 60000 miles?
With your description.. I wouldn't pay much more than a couple grand for it.. My reasoning being that *IF* the motor has one low cylinder... the engine has to be gone through.. The body sounds like it needs lots of work.. It could go either way.. Parts car or resto..
Now, if you were to do your own compression test (I would just to satisfy my own eyes) and the motor was GOOD.. and tranny shifts and works great.. i'd definately pay more.. Maybey $3-3500.. Seeing as how now you're just doing a [somewhat expensive] body job.
